Modern Network Architecture For The Global Internet Age

Enterprise mobility is no longer a luxury for the office network or the road warrior.  The analyst firm Frost Sullivan estimates approximately 79% of businesses support “Bring Your Own Device” practices (per 2018 numbers). Moreover, devices carried by employees themselves double the number owned by the company. Add to this the need for high speed, reliable, and secure data transmission methods, and you can see why a robust and stable mobile solution is a must to provide for productivity at each stage of an organization’s growth, whether on site or online.

Enable your employees to benefit from connecting and doing business from anywhere at any time. You need a partner who will allow you to grow as your business demands it. Look to NCS as your partner of choice for all your wireless networking needs.

The Benefits of Today’s Modern Wireless Network Architecture

Enterprise wireless networks are an important component of modern network architecture. They enable roaming where wired connections are not practical or cost-prohibitive. To meet this demand, access points must amplify signals so a device can be far from a router but still be connected to the network. This may be across the room or an entire campus.

The benefits of an enterprise-wide wireless network are numerous:

001 scalable 1

Scalability

Easily expand your networks with existing equipment rather than require additional wiring.

002 flexibility 1

Flexibility, Mobility, Convenience

Enable collaboration & productivity with access to network resources and applications from any location.

003 money 1

Reduce Costs

Wireless networks reduce or eliminate wiring expenses that can cost less to operate than wired networks.

004 firewall 1

Security

Centrally deploy robust physical and digital security fixes across your network to address the latest vulnerabilities as threats arise.

NCS Wireless Solutions

NCS offers several types of deployment and technology options from Wi-Fi / WLAN to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Regardless of the solution in need, NCS is here to provide your team with the benefits of today’s Internet technologies. Some of the solutions we provide:

Commercial Grade WiFi
Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge
Emergency Responder Radio System
In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
Cellular DAS
Commercial Grade WiFi

Commercial wifiNeed a high performing WiFi network that also implements the ultimate security features? NCS installs and supports the best WiFi equipment in the industry from leading manufacturers, to engineer problem-free, custom solutions that provide the maximum benefits without compromise.

Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge

Point to pointA technology in Wi-Fi networking used to wirelessly connect two or more locations (access points) across the network. Typical applications include connecting two or more buildings, parking garage video surveillance or circumnavigating geographical barriers.

Emergency Responder Radio System

Emergency responder raiderPublic safety or first responder DAS (Distributed Antenna System) have become a in-building requirement for municipalities across the country. Retransmit signals from within a building to those outside where signals are stronger.

In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)

Distributed antenna systems dashave become a critical part of both carrier cellular networks and enterprise infrastructure. We deliver affordable in-building mobile coverage solutions for first responders and others.

Cellular DAS

Cellular das2Cellular DAS can be installed both at the signal source and distribution point to provide the best possible signal for your needs. Look to NCS to overcome poor reception inside your buildings.

The NCS Approach

Our approach is to ensure our systems are completed with the highest quality possible by utilizing a select team of experienced designers and installers. Our vast experience in the wireless industry allows us to provide the highest levels of control over quality and speed.

Also, as a client of NCS, you can be assured of quality and post-install support through several programs:

Third-Party Audits

Today’s information transport systems are held to high standards of performance and reliability. Proper installation of structured cabling and components is required to meet the standards set forth by the manufacturer to meet warranty compliance.

Industry-standard bodies such as BICSI and EIA/TIA have verified a properly installed structured cabling system will increase reliability and performance. NCS has completed audits for clients needing third party infrastructure project inspection, testing, and documentation.

We are one of only four BICSI Authorized Training Facilities in Houston.

BICSI credentials are globally recognized as the premier standard of professional ICT industry-related certifications. A BICSI Authorized Training Facility (ATF) is a BICSI-approved site that is licensed to offer BICSI installation training, utilizing the same quality curriculum, classroom equipment, and materials provided in a BICSI-conducted class. We are one of only four BICSI ATFS in Houston. Read about our BICSI class and certification offerings.
