You will play an integral role on the Management Team and have significant input regarding the overall direction of the Security Installation department. Job Responsibilities of a Security Systems Operations Manager (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion):
- Oversee entire Security department operations
- Manage all Security department personnel
- Project estimate and contract approvals
- Conflict resolution between Project Managers and other department staff
- Manage and resolve customer escalations
- Participate with Human Resources in disciplinary process and implementation of company policies
- Project gross profit attainment
- Project quality and NCS standard consistency
- Status reporting
- Scheduling and utilization (resource loading)
- Personnel development/training coordination
- Incentive pay approval
- Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications
- Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed
- Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity
- Perform all assigned duties safely adhering to the highest quality standards
- Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written)
- Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned
What does it take to be successful as a Low Voltage Security Operations Manager (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion):
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and/or ten years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ten + years of related industry experience
- 5+ years of Operations Management or 10+ years of Security Project Management Experience; or equivalent combination
- Possession of recognized industry related certifications is preferred
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
