Job responsibilities for a Project Administrator:

  • Project folder and maintenance
  • Project billing
  • Generation of schedule of values
  • Data submittals for client sign-off
  • Project data entry
  • Time sheet/time tracking/expense report/mileage/credit card validation
  • Service tickets
  • Incentive commission validation

How to Be Successful as a Project Administrator:

  • Have a high school diploma, some college or equivalent training and / or work experience is preferable
  • TRACK experience is a plus
  • Have 2+ years of project administrative experience, construction experience is preferrable
  • Have strong knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn other software as needed
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
