1-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

That’s why; here at Network Cabling Services, we have a Quality Assurance Manager and a top notch Quality Assurance Program. This program consists of tool certifications to manufacturer’s specifications, employee certification training and training on the use of state of the art test equipment. Our Quality Assurance Manager performs on-site inspections while the work is in progress and an inspection at the end of each project. Our commitment to quality does not stop in the field. Our office personnel are also committed to quality. The old cliché “the customer comes first,” is sometimes thrown around loosely in today’s business environment. Here at Network Cabling Services, we believe that “The Customer is First” and we will live up to that standard.

Should any cable or connector portion of your network that was installed, added, moved or changed by a Network Cabling Services technician, malfunction as a result of our work, we will correct the problem, free of charge, for up to 1 year.

 

Should a malfunction occur, you may contact our offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Network Cabling Services maintains “on-call” managers and technicians to handle your emergencies around the clock.

 

This warranty is expressly limited to the correction of the malfunction and does not apply when misuse, abuse, damage or negligence by original purchasers or their employees, agents or representatives cause a malfunction. The warranty does not apply to existing items that were not installed, added to, changed, moved or repaired by Network Cabling Services or to the alteration of any item from the original design or performance standards by anyone other than a Network Cabling Services employee. Malfunctions caused by performance degradation due to the original design, operation or usage being out-of-tolerance from the original equipment standards, industry standards or generally accepted standards, are also exempt from this warranty.

 

Network Cabling Services shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to expenses, cost, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other damages resulting from use or misuse of the items installed, added, changed, moved or repaired by Network Cabling Services.
