Devolve provides Engineer, Furnish and Install (EF&I) services through five primary business lines — Central Office Engineering, Central Office Installation, Customer Premise, Outside Plant (OSP) and Community Antenna TV (CATV) solutions. Devolve professionals are also skilled in engineering and installation standards and codes for the majority of companies in the telecommunications industry.
